These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Double Shore website, owned by MomentApproach – Unipessoal Lda, as well as the conditions applicable to interaction with its content and contact forms.
The website is exclusively informational and institutional in nature, intended to present the company, its digital development services, UX/UI, digital marketing, consultancy and hosting, as well as to publish technical and informational content.
The contracting of services is not carried out through the website and always depends on a personalised proposal and a separate contract entered into between the parties.
The website is intended exclusively for companies, professionals and corporate entities acting within the scope of their economic or professional activity (B2B).
